Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with attorneys on various aspects of civil litigation
- Manage case files, ensuring adherence to court deadlines
- Draft legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, and discovery
- Conduct legal research using WestLaw and other tools
- Stay informed about the Formal Civil Litigation Process in the State of Florida
- Work alongside a supportive legal team for efficient case progression
- Minimum 5 years of Litigation Paralegal experience
- Familiarity with the Formal Civil Litigation Process in the State of Florida
- Knowledge of WestLaw is advantageous
- Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive demeanor with a knack for thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
