Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations
- Schedule and attend meetings with the Pre-sale team for new and existing leads.
- Manage and process Docusign documents for prospective and current clients.
- Ensure sales compliance by maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
- Respond promptly to merchant inquiries about DoorDash delivery services.
- Provide status updates to signed merchants via email and phone.
- Manage all phases of the sales cycle: prospecting, closing, launching, and growing partnerships.
- Independently own and accelerate a highly organized sales pipeline to close deals effectively.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for targeted merchant partners.
- Assist in analyzing merchant performance and identifying growth opportunities.
- Pull and analyze data to extract actionable insights.
