You'll be working on-site Monday through Friday. As a Customer Service Rep, you’ll be helping out trade partners, consumers, and our internal teams via phone, chat, and email. The pay is $14.50 per hour (no need to negotiate—this is the set rate).
Your Day-to-Day:
- Be the friendly voice of Whirlpool, assisting customers via phone, email, and chat with their service plan needs
- Schedule service appointments, process orders, and arrange deliveries
- Navigate customer information databases with accuracy, providing timely and helpful product and service information
- Troubleshoot customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and leaving a positive impression
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, assisting colleagues and sharing knowledge
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- A genuine desire to help others and a knack for building rapport
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with an emphasis on active listening and clear explanations
- The ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and resolve issues with a calm and professional demeanor
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Dedicated workspace (desk, chair, lighting)
- Functional smartphone for multi-factor authentication
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) within our operating hours: 8am-8pm EST Monday-Friday and 8am-5pm Saturdays (1-2 Saturdays per month)
