Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all warehouse activities, ensuring that orders are processed, packed, and shipped on time
- Monitor production workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline warehouse processes
- Manage warehouse production schedules, allocate resources effectively, and prioritize tasks
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of warehouse workers, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance to improve overall team productivity and morale
- Foster a positive work environment with a focus on collaboration, safety, and continuous learning
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate counts, stock rotation, and proper storage procedures
- Work with inventory control teams to maintain accurate stock levels and manage stock discrepancies
- Ensure inventory and production materials are properly handled and stored to minimize loss and damage
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
- Conduct safety audits, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions to ensure a safe working environment
- Promote safety training and initiatives to all warehouse staff
