Great location, close to public transportation. Temp to Hire, Growing business, a Independent medical examination business is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join their team. This person should be organized, detail oriented and have the ability to learn new processes quickly. This is a high volume position where each situation is different, candidate should be a strong multitasker and communication skills.
salary: $18 - $19 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
Schedule IMEs (Independent Medical Examination/Evaluation) with network approved Physicians.
Communicate with insurance adjusters and law firm personnel in a professional and efficient manner.
Coordinate translation and transportation services geographically.
Complete leers of notification of examinations to clients.
Receive and send medicals record and diagnostic imaging for scheduled examinations.
Call to confirm scheduled appointments to ensure attendance.
Review incoming reports for quality-assurance.
Receive and prepare invoices to our company Administrator for billing.
Monitor and work a daily task list of responsibilities.
Ensure all information is documented in and recorded in ACT database.
Communicate all IME schedule changes to the appropriate pares.
Ability to meet sensitive deadlines.
