Responsibilities

Primary Skills

• Qualify deliverables against contract requirements and construct detailed WBS based project schedule.
• Establish project budget and generate Project, Risk, Quality, and Communications Plans for each project.
• Coordinate design effort, site visits, submittals, material ordering, manufacturing releases, testing, shipments, and installation services.
• Review submittal and manufacturing drawings and issue production travelers to shop.
• Timely data entry and upkeep of the job details in the ERP system.
• Generate progress reports per internal and external requirements.
• Monitor and control all project related costs / expenses to meet or come in under established project budget.
• Approve and initiate invoice releases according to project schedule and contract milestones.
• Schedule and oversee factory and site acceptance testing schedules, procedures, and customer signoff.
• Maintain storage and organization of electronic and hard copy documentation and ensure compliance and correctness of project binders.
• Schedule and satisfy travel activities as required by the project.
• Ensure full compliance with company and customer quality management requirements.

Secondary Skills

• Continuously monitor and improve project management process utilizing the most recent standards and guidelines.
• Support Estimation group quoting and Sales department technical requirements.
• Analyze project performance and determine future areas for improvement, design changes, and cost reductions.
