Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to ensure all products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in the aerospace industry, a deep understanding of inspection tools and techniques, and the ability to interpret technical documentation.

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed inspections of incoming, in-process, and finished aerospace components to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.
- Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines).
- Document inspection results and prepare detailed reports on non-conformance findings.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Perform audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality management systems (AS9100 or ISO9001).
- Maintain records of inspections, certifications, and other quality documentation.
- Assist in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
