We are looking for a high-energy and driven Accounts Receivable Specialist who brings strong skills in analytics, problem solving, project management, a positive attitude and can multitask with ease. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Director to support day-to-day financial transactions, the monthly and year-end closing collections and other account variances. Responsibilities

• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and
• recording accounts receivables’ data
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly
• posted.
• Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
• Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
• Improves efficiency in financial and commercial departments by automating manual processing
• wherever possible.
• Ad Hoc Reporting upon request.
