Responsibilities
Job Description
The Customer Experience Representative is responsible for managing customer inquiries and
orders, resolving complaints, and ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong communication skills, and be
capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. This role requires attention to detail and a
customer-first attitude to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing
accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy,
working to resolve issues and provide satisfactory solutions.
Order Management: Process customer orders, track shipments, and provide status updates
to customers. Ensure orders are entered accurately and within the required timeframe.
Escalation Management: Identify and escalate complex issues to supervisors or senior
team members, ensuring the proper escalation process is followed.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and
resolutions using CRM systems and ensure all relevant data is logged.
