Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate customer care projects from initiation to completion.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Organize and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook, to manage project data and communications.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Prepare reports, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Proven experience in project management, customer care, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
- Experience in the construction or lighting industry is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Ability to work productively with minimal supervision in a fast pace environment to deliver on time results; meeting the target/deadlines set within the project.
- Ability to use analytical skills when managing changes to the project schedules and cost while adhering to manufactures guidelines.
- Report and escalates to management and/or sales force when needed.
- Successfully manages customer and manufacture relationships.
- Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation; including excel spreadsheets; word document files
- Lighting or construction experience a plus.
- Skill and ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers and customers.
- Skill and ability to listen and understand customer needs.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
- Excellent oral communication skills are required. Must be able to communicate verbally over the phone.
- MS Office, Excel and Outlook experience required.
