Do you love helping others and have a sense of urgency with issue resolution? We are currently hiring for a local call center that reaches out to individuals that qualify for a class action lawsuit with a goal of gathering their personal information to proceed with the next steps of the lawsuit. Duties:

• High volume outbound calls (not on an auto dialer) 
• Goal of the call is to gather information from the customer in order to help them opt in to the class action claim

Schedule : Mon - Fri 8a-8p (40 hours can fall in between those hours of operation)- Rotating Sat 8-5 OR- Tues-Sat 8-5

Responsibilities

 Responsibilities are inclusive of the following but are not limited to:

· Make a large amount of outbound calls

· Present our services in a compelling way

· Facilitate the sending and receiving of documents

· Walk clients through the execution of their documents

· Follow standard operating policies and procedures

· Comply with requirements surrounding confidential information and personal information
