In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate with the Office of General Counsel to expertly review, draft, and negotiate contracts while ensuring compliance with commercial and legal standards. - A strong understanding of contractual terms and the ability to negotiate legal terms independently.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical abilities, and drafting skills.
- Exceptional client service and communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex terms.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and work effectively within a team. ✔️ Preferred: Legal degree or Paralegal Certification.

Responsibilities
Efficiently review, draft, and negotiate contracts from a commercial standpoint in partnership with legal counsel.
Interpret contract terms and educate stakeholders on legal obligations, risks, and requirements in a clear, concise manner.
Identify and escalate areas of risk—such as information security, intellectual property, financial, and privacy concerns—to the appropriate stakeholders.
Follow established contracting processes and maintain accuracy and timeliness in negotiations.
Build strong relationships with business units, partners, and subject matter experts to ensure smooth contract execution.
Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as needed.
