The Cash Applications Clerk will be responsible for assisting with remote deposits from checks that come in the mail, reviewing credit requests, generic AR responsibilities, and reaching out to customers for payment information on past dues. Working with credit analysts and will get hands-on training.  Must be able to work 100% ONSITE.  Possible Temp to Hire opportunity.  Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of cash applications experience assisting with remote deposits from checks that come in the mail
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable talking on the phone with customers.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Great working with multiple customers and salespeople.

salary: $18 - $19 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Day to Day: Assisting with remote deposits from checks that come in the mail, reviewing credit requests, generic AR responsibilities, and reaching out to customers for payment information on past dues.
• Working with credit analysts and will get hands-on training.

• Responsible for cash application functions
• Researches and applies unallocated cash
• Daily and monthly reconciliations
• Collaboration with Credit department to resolve issues
