This is a seasonal role with an expected duration until April 2025, with the potential to become permanent based on business needs. About the Role:
- Locations: Split between two key sites in Middletown and Suffern.
- Schedule: Flexible but consistent, approximately 30-40 hours per week. At least one weekend day is required, with availability for Tuesday-Saturday preferred. Start and end times can align with your routine (e.g., 9-5, 10-6).
- Compensation: $22–$24/hour.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and hire talent for a dynamic workplace.
- Ensure smooth weekend operations and provide exceptional support to team members.
- Foster positive relationships and ensure workforce satisfaction across sites.
- bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to travel between both locations. Reasonable accommodations will be considered as required by law.
