As part of the team, you will play a key role in ensuring all medical records and client information are accurately maintained and confidentially protected.

Responsibilities:

• Ordering Medical Records: Request, track, and receive all necessary medical documents to support client cases.
• Follow-Up Calls: Proactively contact healthcare providers to obtain records in a timely manner.
• Contact Information Verification: Confirm and update contact details to ensure seamless communication.
• Maintain Quality & Accuracy: Ensure records are accurately organized and easily accessible for case preparations.
• Confidentiality Compliance: Adhere to strict guidelines for protecting and handling sensitive medical information.

Qualifications:

• Organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Experience in a legal or medical records role preferred.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is a plus.
