Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare, analyze, and manage annual budgets and forecasts to support organizational objectives.
• Internal Controls: Develop and maintain effective internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS standards.
• Audit & Tax Compliance: Manage external audits, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and analyze cash flow to ensure liquidity and proper capital allocation.
• Leadership: Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering professional growth and development.
• Strategic Planning: Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights, risk analysis, and recommendations to support strategic initiatives.
• Systems & Tools: Evaluate and enhance financial systems, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
