Randstad is seeking customer service professionals to join the night shift on our clients' Credit Card Support team in North Phoenix. We are looking for candidates who can work THIRD SHIFT and handle a high volume of inbound calls, 75-100 per shift. Must be available to commit to 7 weeks of training from 1p-10p M-F before transition to third shift set schedule.

salary: $19.97 - $20 per hour

Training Hours: 7 weeks from 1p-10p M-F

Pay: $20/hr, weekly pay

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85027 - FULLY ON SITE 

JOB DUTIES:

• Inbound Call Center: 75-100 calls per day (higher volume calls in the earlier shifts)
• You will work as a Customer Support Rep with Consumer Lending and will be responsible for providing quality customer experience while working to resolve customer complaints/enquiries.
• Responsible for reviewing the customer’s credit card profile, payments, reviewing accounts, assisting the customer understand their balances 
• Will transfer more escalated calls to another department
