Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical positions.
- Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and evaluate candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Use behavioral and technical interview techniques to assess candidate qualifications.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and market insights.
- Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Negotiate and extend offers to selected candidates in alignment with company policies and market trends.
- Work with HR and hiring managers to finalize the hiring process and onboarding activities.
