Our client is a dynamic and growing wholesale goods-for-resale organization committed to excellence. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join the Finance team. Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable: Serve as a resource for the clerical team, providing guidance on task organization, prioritization, training, and ensuring the accuracy of posted transactions. Process vendor expense invoices and invoices related to goods for resale purchase orders, including addressing any issues. Oversee the purchases clearing account, reconcile credit card transactions, and manage company expenses. Prepare weekly check runs.
  
  
• Accounts Receivable: Process and reconcile customer deposits, both electronic and physical. Manage the collection of overdue invoices. Handle customer credits and refunds.
  
  
• General Ledger: Perform income and expense amortization trend analysis and reporting. Complete monthly and year-end closing processes, and prepare associated management reports.
  
  
• Inventory Management: Reconcile inventory, returns, and resolve discrepancies. Provide assistance and mentoring during the review process.
