The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in general ledger accounting, though recent graduates with a strong foundation in accounting are also encouraged to apply. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required. You should be skilled in account reconciliation, month-end close processes, and financial reporting, with proficiency in advanced Excel functions to streamline data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements
• Perform general ledger accounting, including journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Assist with cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and daily cash reporting
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure
  accurate and timely processing
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and assist with internal and external audits
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, errors, and areas for improvement
• Assist with tax reporting, including sales tax, payroll tax, and year-end filings
• Contribute to process improvement efforts aimed at optimizing efficiency and workflows
