Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Lead the development and implementation of onboarding programs, training schedules, job aids, and performance metrics to enhance customer support operations and overall team performance.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, marketing, legal, and compliance, to ensure accurate and compliant operational processes and content.
- Manage customer-facing and internal digital platforms, eCommerce integrations, and operational functions to support the full commercial portfolio and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
- Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues, drive process improvements through industry best practices, and leverage AI to optimize workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in similar roles.
- Expertise in customer experience and operations, with strong knowledge of legal and compliance requirements related to customer communications.
- Demonstrated ability to develop scalable programs and processes, manage complex projects, and build strong relationships in a high-growth, collaborative environment.
