Our client, located in Exton, PA is currently hiring a Payroll Analyst for a hybrid role to help support various aspects of their payroll operations.  The ideal candidate will have the ability to help support the Global Payroll team and work with the development of processes to enhance payroll services!

salary: $30 - $32.4 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll reporting requirements for equity transactions, domestic relocation, and international assignments, ensuring accurate and timely data processing in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, including weekly audits, quarter-end, and year-end tax adjustments, while ensuring compliance with ADP, Workday HCM, and Kronos systems.
• Drive efficiency and continuous improvement within payroll operations by analyzing workflows, implementing best practices, and updating process documentation. 
• Partner with HR teams, including Compensation, Benefits, and Employee Life Cycle Management, to ensure accurate data exchange and issue resolution.
• Lead payroll-specific projects and contribute to broader organizational initiatives, focusing on enhancing operational effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Work closely with mobility and relocation vendors to manage quarterly and annual reporting, ensuring compliance and reconciliation of payroll and assignment expenses.
