Responsibilities
- Manage payroll reporting requirements for equity transactions, domestic relocation, and international assignments, ensuring accurate and timely data processing in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, including weekly audits, quarter-end, and year-end tax adjustments, while ensuring compliance with ADP, Workday HCM, and Kronos systems.
- Drive efficiency and continuous improvement within payroll operations by analyzing workflows, implementing best practices, and updating process documentation.
- Partner with HR teams, including Compensation, Benefits, and Employee Life Cycle Management, to ensure accurate data exchange and issue resolution.
- Lead payroll-specific projects and contribute to broader organizational initiatives, focusing on enhancing operational effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Work closely with mobility and relocation vendors to manage quarterly and annual reporting, ensuring compliance and reconciliation of payroll and assignment expenses.
