Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile invoices using a 3-way match (matching invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports).
• Manage vendor accounts, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Handle vendor inquiries and provide basic customer service support.
• Maintain accurate vendor records, including W-9s and banking information.
• Utilize and navigate AS400, Sage, and Esker ERP systems for payment processing and reporting.
• Review and verify purchase orders and invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in month-end closing activities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to accounts payable.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or similar role.
• Proficiency in AS400, Sage, and Esker ERP systems is required.
• Understanding of 3-way match, vendor management, and payment processing.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic customer service skills to handle vendor communication professionally.
• Familiarity with W-9 forms and vendor banking information management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
