Job Description: As a Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, leading staff, and overseeing the preparation and review of tax returns and related work products. You will also provide expert guidance on complex tax issues, including foreign reporting, and collaborate closely with Partners on strategic tax planning. Additionally, you will mentor and develop team members while contributing to business development initiatives to drive new opportunities for the firm.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Identify issues and conflicts by staying informed on industry trends, and proactively communicate potential solutions to both clients and internal teams.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients, consistently delivering value and expertise.
- Lead the team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of tax returns and related work products by conducting technical and strategic reviews.
- Possess knowledge of foreign reporting requirements, including FBAR and Form 5471.
- Collaborate with Partners on tax planning strategies and initiatives.
- Conduct research on tax issues and provide informed guidance to clients.
- Advocate for staff development by mentoring, coaching, training, supervising, and evaluating team members.
- Contribute to business development efforts, actively participating in activities that generate new business opportunities.
