Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customer service, sales, and operations teams to continuously monitor and relay updates regarding supply levels, pricing, and product availability.
- Proactively address and resolve inquiries or issues stemming from supply chain disruptions to reduce customer impact.
- Maintain meticulous records of supply chain changes and generate detailed reports for internal stakeholders.
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline communication processes and enhance cross-departmental coordination.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries concerning product availability and pricing adjustments.
- Facilitate seamless operations by acting as the bridge between internal teams and external suppliers.
