Responsibilities

• Work closely with customer service, sales, and operations teams to monitor and communicate any updates or changes in supply, pricing, and product availability
• Address and resolve inquiries or concerns related to supply chain disruptions to minimize customer impact
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supply chain adjustments and provide detailed reports to internal stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to streamline communication processes and improve cross-departmental coordination
• Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to product availability and pricing adjustments
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless operations
