Responsibilities
- The associate will be apart of the customer service team with a specific focus on business credit cards
- Taking 40-60 inbound calls per day to service the needs of small business credit card customers
- Will deal with a variety of different needs including but not limited to fraud, payments, adding card holders, adding admins, disputing transaction, etc.
- Product conversion - converting small business cards from Visa to Mastercard.
- Taking calls in regards to claims, unauthorized transitions, making payments, replacing cards, activating cards, etc.
