Responsibilities



Customer Service Support:

- Assist the expediter in handling customer issues, such as lost parts, system deals, and other problems - Communicate with both internal and external customers to address their needs and concerns - Ensure customer promises and expectations are met

Production Scheduling and Coordination:

- Help cover production scheduling to maintain promises to customers - Coordinate with different departments (e.g., production, packaging) to ensure smooth operations - Learn how to schedule production and maintain production schedules

Order Management:

- Provide backup support for order entry, including generating work orders from purchase orders - Manage supply chain challenges, such as ensuring all required materials are received and billed correctly

Cross-Functional Support:

- Be willing to assist in other areas of the manufacturing facility as needed, such as helping with packaging or other tasks - Demonstrate a flexible and adaptable mindset to handle various responsibilities

Communication and Collaboration:

Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders - Maintain a positive attitude and project management mindset to handle multiple priorities

Continuous Learning:

- Be willing to learn new tasks and processes to expand their capabilities within the manufacturing environment
