- Answer and manage the main phone line, ensuring professional and efficient communication.
- Enter and manage tickets in the support system accurately and promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with inquiries and directing them appropriately.
- Perform minimal administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure consistent attendance and reliability in daily responsibilities.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate systems.
- Communication and organizational skills.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude.
