Our client is a non-profit organization with a great mission behind them! They are looking for a detail oriented Human Resources Specialist to support the team during this busy period. This will be a Remote position, reporting to the HR Director. This is a 6 month long contract (potential to extend). Responsibilities

• UKG UltiPro – ability to create an employee account, ensure data accuracy/generating HR reports, facilitate onboarding tasks, updating employee title changes, comp adjustments, promotions, terminations, tracking training and performance management.
• Familiar with recruiting (creating requisitions in UKG UltiPro)
• Proficiency with Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
• Time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to clearly convey information to employees and candidates
• Maintaining confidentiality with sensitive employee information
• Problem solving skills and maneuvering through ambiguity
• Ability to take initiative
• Knowledge of HR practices (understanding of regulations)
• Project management
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
