Our client, a leader in the healthcare field, is currently hiring Patient Case Managers who will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive the therapy they need efficiently and with a high-quality experience. Your responsibilities will include monitoring patient accounts, coordinating benefit verification, resolving complex payer issues, and maintaining empathetic communication with patients and healthcare providers. Hours: Must be flexible between 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST Requirements: Must have previous experience in the healthcare field, benefits verifications and pharmacy benefits! Responsibilities

• Monitor system accounts for new patient cases and provide updates to leadership and team members.
• Conduct outbound calls to confirm coverage approvals/denials, co-pays, and specialty pharmacy coordination.
• Verify insurance benefits, resolve coverage issues, and research alternative funding options for patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation in proprietary software while adhering to PHI compliance standards.
• Provide exceptional support to patients and healthcare staff with a focus on empathy and quality.
• Identify and report Adverse Events compliantly during patient interactions.
• Process patient applications in line with company policies and procedures.
