Responsibilities
**Our team here at Randstad partners with organizations in the area who target professionals who have experience with the following responsibilities. We would be happy to consider you for any current or upcoming roles within the Legal Support sector.**
- Document Preparation and Review: Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and discovery materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Case Management: Assist attorneys in managing case files, organizing evidence, and maintaining up-to-date case tracking systems.
- Research: Conduct legal research on case law, statutes, and regulations to support ongoing cases and provide relevant information to attorneys.
- Client Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients and attorneys, scheduling meetings, answering inquiries, and relaying important information.
- Court Filings and Deadlines: Prepare and file legal documents with courts, agencies, or other entities, ensuring all deadlines are met and procedures followed correctly.
