Position Overview: In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our promotional product side, ensuring smooth order processing once sales are made, handling related administrative tasks, and providing outstanding customer service. You’ll also have opportunities to learn about our business processes, including graphic design and product creation, to enhance your contributions and grow within the role.
salary: $38,000 - $40,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Process orders accurately and efficiently once sales are completed.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the order process, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up.
- Act as a resourceful problem-solver, sourcing information and resolving order issues as they arise.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain detailed records and notes for all orders and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and maintain a positive work environment.
- Be open to learning about graphic design concepts and product creation to better understand the business and client needs.
- Adapt to a fast-paced setting and work effectively with minimal supervision.
