We’re looking for a motivated and adaptable Production Technician, Must be willing to commute to Poway. In this role, you’ll set up and operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities

• Promptly set up equipment and gather necessary materials at the start of each shift
• Take ownership of the quality and accuracy of your work
• Willingly learn new skills and cross-train across different equipment and departments
• Actively seek feedback and apply it for improvement
• Uphold the company’s Quality Policy at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members and assist when necessary
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Qualifications:

• Must have experience with manufacturing equipment (CNC, lathe, or drill machines)
• Ability to interpret blueprints and customer specifications
• Visual inspection and basic math skills
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent use of hands for handling tools and equipment
• Ability to stand, walk, and reach when needed
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Vision abilities for close and distant tasks, depth perception, and focus adjustments
• Good listening skills to follow and respond to instructions
