The BDR will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and building relationships with both existing and prospective clients. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Revenue Generation: Identify and research opportunities within an assigned book of business.
• Prospecting: Engage in outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, emailing, and using social media to generate leads.
• Lead Qualification: Evaluate inbound and outbound leads by assessing their needs and matching them with the company’s offerings.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients by offering valuable insights and solutions.
• Scheduling Meetings: Set up meetings or calls between qualified leads and the sales team to advance the sales process.
• CRM Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the company’s CRM system (HubSpot).
• Collaboration: Work with the VP of Sales to align strategies and share feedback on lead-generation efforts.
• Follow-Up: Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement and increase the likelihood of closing sales.
• Additional Duties: Assist with other tasks as needed.
