We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Contract Administrator to support the Surgical Sales Force and Finance teams in the development, negotiation, execution, and administration of complex contracts related to capital equipment sales, financing instruments, and rebate agreements. This role will involve managing contract portfolios, ensuring compliance, and providing critical analysis of financial performance.

salary: $33.85 - $33.86 per hour

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate, prepare, and execute financing contracts for capital equipment sales and ASC rebate agreements.
• Ensure pricing compliance and proper contract review/approval before execution.
• Collaborate with Legal, IT, Finance, and Sales on contract language and interpretations.
• Manage contract awards, product pricing, and payment calculations for compliance.
• Track and analyze contract financial performance, providing improvement recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records for ASC rebate agreements, ensuring compliance with payment processes.
• Train and guide less experienced team members on best practices.
• Suggest improvements to enhance process efficiency and accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

• 2-4 years in contract administration with finance and sales contract experience preferred.
• BS/BA/BBA in finance, business, or related field.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce preferred.
• strong written/verbal communication, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make strategic recommendations.
