- Interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, influencing, prioritization, project management, decision-making and conflict resolutions skills

- Experience in the financial services industry, with knowledge of operations or service organizations is a plus

Responsibilities
- Proficiency in conducting stakeholder and impact analysis to define a series/sequence of activities to influence stakeholder commitment and embed changes into the environment at both the organization and individual levels
- Ability to fluidly apply knowledge from other disciplines such as communications, adult learning, leadership development problem solving, org design and design thinking
- Facilitation skills to engage at all levels and across diverse teams in both in person and virtual settings
- Effective communication skills including the design and delivery of effective and impactful presentations
- Analytics and measurement acumen with an ability to leverage data to tell a story that drives action
- Advanced experience in change management; Prosci, or other Change Management certification is preferable
