Your Role:
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of production equipment and GMP utilities. You’ll work closely with a talented team to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain critical systems while upholding the highest safety and compliance standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing mechanical systems.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and address work orders as directed.
- Support senior technicians and team leaders with both routine and non-routine maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate on new equipment installations and assist with capital projects.
- Maintain adherence to safety protocols and cGMP requirements.
- Education: High school diploma required.
- Experience: Minimum of one year in a mechanical role or equivalent experience.
- Skills:
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Ability to complete assignments professionally and efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Flexibility: Available to work a 12-hour rotating shift, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Responsibilities
- Equipment Maintenance: Test, oversee, and maintain all production equipment and GMP utilities to ensure optimal functionality.
- Reliability Engineering: Support major capital projects, facilitate onboarding of new equipment, and ensure all equipment is integrated into a compliant preventive maintenance system.
- Preventive Maintenance: Assist with routine preventive maintenance, execute work orders, and support the installation of new equipment or systems.
- Troubleshooting: Collaborate with Maintenance Technicians II, Senior Technicians, and Team Leads to troubleshoot mechanical systems and resolve equipment breakdowns.
- Facility Repairs: Perform minor drywall repairs and other building maintenance tasks as needed.
- Building Inspections: Conduct building checks, report issues to the Team Leader, and respond to building alarms promptly.
- Project Support: Assist with engineering projects related to equipment installation.
- Safety & Compliance: Execute all tasks in alignment with established safety protocols and cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements.
