In this role you will be responsible for general accounting functions such as AP,AR, reconciliation of ledger accounts, profit-and-loss statements, and reporting accounting transactions. Responsibilities

• Performs general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance, and reconciliation of ledger accounts, requested profit-and-loss statements, depreciation schedules, editing of Financial Policy manuals, and capital expenditure schedules
• Prepares, records, analyzes, and reports accounting transactions and ensures the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles
• Processing of all Payables and Receivables transactions
• Assist in month end close and reporting
• Perform Bank Reconciliations for assigned accounts
• Create journal entries, investigate variances and corrections needed to ensure accuracy
• Work in a cross functional environment to implement change as required
• Performs other duties as assigned

Accounts Payable (3 years of experience is preferred)

Accounts Receivable (3 years of experience is preferred)

General Ledger (3 years of experience is preferred)

Account Reconciliation (3 years of experience is preferred)

Journal Entries (3 years of experience is preferred)

Month-End Close (3 years of experience is preferred)

Bank Reconciliations (3 years of experience is preferred)
