The Customer Relationship Support is responsible for overseeing, resolving, triaging, and reporting on potential services issues affecting providers and patients so that exceptional customer service is delivered and, as a result, referrals grow. As the direct point of contact for Healthcare Providers (HCPs), the PSL reduces the workload of those within the pharmacy operations and on the Provider Sales Team by responding to customer inquiries and promoting repeat referrals.  This is a 3 to 6 month assignment.  Must be to work a Hybrid schedule.   Qualifications:

• Should be comfortable working independently with minimal guidance from management
• May receive a list of tasks with due dates and can work independently to complete the tasks.
• Must have excellent listening and resolution skills
• Proficient using Microsoft Suite

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing, resolving, triaging, and reporting on potential services issues affecting providers and patients so that exceptional customer service is delivered and, as a result, referrals grow.
• As the direct point of contact for Healthcare Providers (HCPs), the PSL reduces the workload of those within the pharmacy operations and on the Provider Sales Team by responding to customer inquiries and promoting repeat referrals.
• Acts as the main point of contact with clients post-onboarding to ensure needs and expectations are met.
• Performs account maintenance by handling customer concerns, account issues, and escalated support inquiries.
• Handles issues when able and directs clients to appropriate department for issue resolution if needed.
• Does not close sales but provides guidance and suggestions to clients to identify and qualify new opportunities.
• Works in tandem with the respective field sales representative who closes sales and then transitions customer for ongoing account maintenance.
• Contributes to pharmacy growth by expanding sales bandwidth in a specific territory, by developing practice relationships and increasing share of voice for drug- and disease-based outreach.
• This person works collaboratively with the field-based sales, sales support, and operational teams to ensure the smooth transition of a pharmacy prescriber target to a long-term pharmacy client.
