In this full-time, in-office role, you'll manage Tricare orders, communicate with patients and healthcare professionals, and support setup technicians. Responsibilities

• Utilize computer systems to process new Tricare orders and dispatch setup technicians
  
  
• Communicate with patients, referral sources, physicians, and technicians via phone, email, and fax
  
  
• Update patient and referral source information (Name, Address, Phone Numbers, etc.)
  
  
• Facilitate equipment needs of setup technicians
  
  
• Manage and update “Start-to-Setup Workflow Report” daily and discuss with assigned Account Manager
  
  
• Type documents and correspondence and send to patients and referral sources
  
  
• Roll-over phone support as needed
  
  
• Escalate issues to Referral Guide Supervisor or Office/HR Manager.
  
  
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of current services and supplies offered
  
  
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members
  
  
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
  
  
• Perform patient follow-up calls
  
  
• Resolve sleep apnea therapy patient issues/concerns
  
  
• Work various reports as needed 
  
  

Skills

Data Entry (2 years of experience is preferred)

Microsoft Office (2 years of experience is preferred)

Customer Service (3 years of experience is preferred)

Claims Processing

Patient Support (2 years of experience is required)
