Responsibilities

• Process and oversee multiple payroll runs on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for up to 200 employees.
• Manage multi-state payroll compliance, including tax regulations and filings.
• Prepare and distribute W-2 forms and handle year-end payroll reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage and maintain time and labor systems.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Assist with payroll audits and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Calculate and report modified business taxes accurately.
• Support HR functions, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining personnel records.
