Responsibilities
- Process sales orders, production requirements, and job jackets from marketing staff.
- Coordinate purchases and receipts for mail lists, stock, and external resources needed for jobs.
- Monitor client inventory, postage funds, and provide updates to marketing representatives.
- Prepare and send final job jackets to billing; assist with completing sales orders and job jackets.
- Schedule and coordinate pickups, deliveries, and material exchanges, ensuring client specifications are met.
- Create job samples, production instructions, and postal processing details for production teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients alongside marketing representatives, addressing needs, resolving issues, and obtaining approvals for changes.
- Communicate schedules, updates, shortages, and requirements with clients and internal teams.
- Track multiple jobs through various production stages and ensure alignment with specifications.
- Apprise teams of client requirements, stock availability, and changes during production meetings.
- Assist with production and billing issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, visitations, and satisfaction assessments.
