Responsibilities
- Oversees all billing, accounts receivable, and collection activities.
- Implement and manage the internal billing process and procedures.
- Recognize trends and identify AR issues.
- Prepare regular reports on collections activities, presenting data and insights to upper management.
- Promote ongoing development of metrics in order to continually optimize team performance.
- Monitor, audit, and analyze the performance of the collections team, implementing measures to improve productivity and success rates
- Ensures that billing practices are accurate and cash expectations are met.
- Assists other departments in answering questions related to balance owed, payments received, and general client account questions.
- Drive assigned team to meet targets in relation to delinquency and losses.
- Establish policies, procedures, and best practices for the collections and A/R team.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
