Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with warm leads to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present and sell labor and compliance posters to clients, emphasizing their importance and benefits.
- Meet and exceed daily sales and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve department goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and surpassing goals.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed in a commission-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
