Position Details
- Type: Temporary with potential for permanent (6-month review)
- Location: Kansas City, MO (Hybrid - 6 days/month onsite)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Compensation: $20/hour
- Monitor daily bank activity to ensure funds are applied correctly.
- Handle semi-routine operational tasks such as setting up new clients, establishing EFTs (direct deposits), and managing check payment processes.
- Collaborate with audit teams to provide data for Financial, System, and Regulatory audits.
- Assist with the design and implementation of the DomaniRx finance modules.
- Develop and improve processes with minimal supervision, solving unique challenges along the way.
- Provide occasional weekend support as part of a shared team responsibility.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
- strong communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle long-term tasks and see them through to completion.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to embrace new challenges.
- Initiative to research and resolve unusual issues.
- Experience with Rx Nova and TSO (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities
The fiduciary team is accountable for appropriately managing the company's funding from customers to pharmacies (end to end processes). This includes invoicing clients, funding applications, cycle releases, and the reconciliation of funds, in addition to other requests. We work with internal clients such as account management, call center, billing, accounting, legal and PNO, as well as external clients including health plans, pharmacies, print vendors and banks. Our team is also currently working on the design and implementation of the finance modules of pharmacies.
