Work Schedule: Monday -Friday. 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This position will be working 3-4 days a week in the scale house and 1-2 days a week in the admin office.
1. Manning Scale House: Work 3-4 days a week at the scale house
- Weighing Trucks: Accurately weigh recycling trucks upon arrival and departure at the LGE site.
- Data Entry: Enter the required weight and truck information into the designated folders or system.
- Trailer Loading Status: Update the status of trailer loading in real-time.
- Documentation Management: Handle and maintain recycling-related receipts, Bills of Lading, and other relevant documents.
- Record Keeping: Ensure all data and documentation are accurately logged and filed for future reference.
- Responsible for handling invoices as needed
- Ensure accurate billing details and timely process
- Track outstanding payments and follow up on overdue invoices
- Handle credit card transactions and payment
- Ensure secure and accurate payment procedures
- Prepare and analyze necessary reports
- Create an accrual list and follow up, etc.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and data management tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with truck drivers and team members.
- Previous experience in a similar role or with documentation management is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and follow safety & Environmental protocols.
