This exciting role begins with in-office training at our Minnetonka, MN location, transitioning to a fully remote position after training. Perfect for energetic, talkative individuals who enjoy building relationships and delivering excellent customer service!
What We Offer:
- Pay: $16/hour
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM (flexible after training; minimum 30 hours per week)
- Start Date: January 28th
- Training:
- Week 1: Tuesday – Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM
- Weeks 2 & 3: In-office, flexible schedule (minimum 30 hours/week; up to 40 hours)
- Remote Work: Transition to remote after training
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Obtain and manage email contacts
- Ensure smooth handling of appointments throughout the sales process
- Complete reporting duties as required
- Follow up on pre-written appointments
- Overcome objections with confidence
- Friendly, chatty, and approachable personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- High energy, self-motivated, and persuasive

•Responsible for making outbound cold calls over the phone
•Provide support to sales team by calling prospective customers and scheduling appointments for them to meet with a Sales Representative
