Our client is a non-profit organization with a great mission behind them! They are looking for a detail oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support the team during this busy period. This will be a hybrid position, reporting to the Senior VP of HR. This is a 4 month long contract (potential to extend to a year). Responsibilities

• Schedule a high volume of candidate interviews for phone screen, and zoom interviews across multiple time zones within North America using Zoom, Teams and Outlook.
• Provide timely follow-up on talent pipelines by managing our Applicant Tracking System and updating candidates via phone and email, monitor incoming emails from candidates and emails/TEAMS messages from hiring managers and interviewers during business hours 
• Communicate professionally and tactfully, treating all candidates with the highest level of confidentiality and customer service
• File documents into appropriate employee and vendor files.
• Assist with the preparation of or prepare correspondence as requested.
• Assist with HR projects as needed.
• Other duties as requested based on department and/or organizational needs.
