They’re seeking a bright office assistant to support their company. You’ll be the “face” of what their internal and external partners first see when approaching the office. This role is 100% on site in Vinings and is a temp-to-perm role. Apply today!

salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Manage recurring purchasing needs for shared consumables.
• Greet visitors and match them to escorts in accordance with security procedures.
• Maintain conference rooms for both internal and client meetings including conference room
calendar and equipment.
• Route main line phone calls as needed.
• Act as primary contact for local office work orders and building services.
• Locally administer company policies and events related to internal logistics to include everything
from conference room bookings to off-site employee events.
• Promote the company’s culture both in office feel and spirit.
• Assist with travel accommodations for employees/clients traveling to the local office.
• Submit timely and thorough expense reports to accounting for all office purchases.
